About Lab.

Bioinformatics is a field that studies computer science-based biology, and is developing and researching machine learning techniques based on next-generation sequencing data.

It deals with genomic data related to diseases, plants, and animals, and discovers major omics elements that can interpret biological mechanisms.

Among recent research projects in 2022, the genome data of domestic COVID-19 is being dealt with, and important clinical and genomic data analysis research for severe classification is being conducted.
