●내용: HCI Research Trend를 간단히 언급하겠습니다.

HCI분야 논문은 일반 공학논문과 조금 다른 구조와 구성요소를 가지고 있습니다. 본 특강에서는 HCI논문의 구조, 구성 요소를 설명하고, 각 구성요소를 작성할 때 유의해야할 점을 설명합니다. HCI분야에서 가장 크고 유명한 ACM CHI 학술대회에 제출되는 논문을 기준으로 설명하겠습니다. 논문 제출 이후에 어떻게 심사가 진행되는지도 간략하게 설명하겠습니다. 본 특강을 통해서 HCI 분야 연구 동향, 논문의 특징을 이해하고, HCI분야 연구 결과를 논문을 통해 독자들에게 효과적으로 전달하는 방법을 배울 수 있을 것입니다.

In this special lecture, the trend in Human Computer Interaction(HCI) research will be introduced. Papers in the field of HCI have a little different structure and components than other academic papers in Engineering. We would learn during this lecture what are the structure and the components of HCI papers, and what researchers should keep in mind when they write the components.

This lecture will be based on the criteria of submitting papers to an ACM HCI conference. Also, It will briefly mention how the assessment process proceeds. By taking this lecture, participants are expected to learn the recent trend in the HCI field, special characteristics of HCI papers, and how to effectively convey one's research result to readers through one's paper.
